Coke Bottle Muscles

When you’re a kid, you don’t understand some of the things that adults do. For instance, I thought Christmas presents were supposed to be something you wanted or could enjoy. Even for adults. Then one year my mom gave my dad a gift that I couldn’t imagine anybody wanting or enjoying.

Frosted carrot bars

Here is a different cookie recipe. It reminds me of a carrot cake. Make these bars when you want a special cookie to serve, Beat eggs until light. Gradually beat in sugar. Alternate salad oil and flour sifted with soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Fold in carrots, coconut and nuts. Spread evenly in 2 greased 9 by 13 inch baking pans. Bake at 350 F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and set on racks to cool. Spread with cream cheese frosting then cut into 1 inch by 3 inch bars. Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Instead, most treatments being offered to teenagers with back pain tend to ignore the ‘big picture’ issues such as sleep, mood, stress, and relationships. “Traditional approaches such as exercise can play a useful role in helping teenagers with back pain,” explained researcher Sara D.

Raw Hide

Who doesn’t love a good celebration? I even attended one while being injured, but this time, it wasn’t from a fall.
My stepfather has two granddaughters who graduated from high school together in Ormond Beach, Florida. My step brother and sisters invited all of us to come down for the celebration.
