Rosy Shrimp Dip

There are a jillion shrimp dip recipes. Well, here is another one, but there is a difference. It features tomato soup. I like shrimp cocktail. This dip reminds me of that.

ROSY SHRIMP DIP
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked salad shrimp
1/4 cup minced celery
3/4 cup chopped green onions, including tops
1 cup mayonnaise

Heat the soup in saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the cream cheese. Stir to dissolve cheese. Remove from heat. Cool a few minutes to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve with vegetables or crackers. Makes about 5 cups.
