Shona Vadonee Hunley, age 59, of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was a member of The Church of God of the Union Assembly. Shona loved church, wrestling, country music, The Special Olympics, bowling, game shows, Blake Shelton, and Rocklan Hughes. She never met a stranger and she loved with her whole heart. She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Virgie Hunley and nephew Christopher Logan Hunley. She is survived by her sister, Sherma Titlow, brothers Joey Hunley and Jonathan (Wendy) Hunley, special niece Hayley Titlow, and great niece Samaytha Williams. A very special thank you to the nurses and staff of UT Home Hospice. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with a graveside to immediately follow at Dyer Cemetery in Powder Springs, Rev. Rocklan Hughes officiating. Pallbearers will be Ricky Merritt, Johnny Merritt, Kevin Merritt, Kevin Lyons, Dee Harless and Rance Cagle Sr. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville.
