Ruth Dell Mihaltian-age 92 of Washburn passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at North Knoxville Medical Center.

She will be cremated and the ashes returned to Ohio for burial. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
