Roy Williams was born November 9, 1931, to Parents Jesse and Goldie Williams and Passed away April 7, 2025 at home in Harrisonville Missouri.

Roy proudly served in the United States Military, in both the Army and Airforce. He was stationed all around the World as well as the United States. However, after his service was done, he came right back to his beloved Tennessee Mountains.

He was preceded in death by Parents Jesse and Goldie Williams, Sister Thelma Bryant Beeler, and Brothers Carlos Williams and Vernon Williams.

He is survived by Sister Faye Beeler Chandler & husband Rev. Ray Chandler, Daughter Mary (Mark) Radtke, Daughter Martha (Joe) Rivera, Daughter Margaret Solano, Son Kevin (Heather) Williams; Grandchildren Brent (Trisha) Mosley, William Moore, Mollie (Rodney) Wolfe, Michele Rivera, Matthew (Anne) Rivera, Nick Isabell, Neil Isabell, Nathan Solano, Noah Williams, Alec Williams, Cian Williams, and Caidh’Mor Williams; Nieces Tammy Scarlett, Lori Sharp, Kinslee Scarlett, Karlee Scarlett and Nephew Brandon (Kimberly) Scarlett; and 17 Great Grandchildren.

Military graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, May 5, 2025 at East Tennessee State Veteran Cemetery, John Sevier Highway, Knoxville. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery 9:45 a.m. Monday. Military Honors by Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville.
