Rosa Lea Bailey
Rosa Lea Mullins Bailey-age 85 of Washburn went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at U.T. Medical Center. She was a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church and a graduate of Rutledge High School. Rosa was a retired employee of Hillcrest Nursing Home with 30 years of service. Preceded in death by her husband, Vaughn Bailey; mother, Dolly Parker White; father, Taylor Ted Mullins; brother, Bruce Mullins.
She is survived by daughter, Michelle Graves and husband Randal, Washburn; sons, James Eddie Roach, Washburn and Mark Roach and wife Barbara, Morristown; grandchildren, Brandi and Cody McCoy, Brooke and Tim Williams, Billy Graves and Makayla Graham all of Washburn, Casey and Jason Garrett, Morristown; special great grandchildren, Mia and Maddi McCoy, Bree and Isaac Williams, Washburn, Emma and Jase Garrett, Morristown; nieces, Debbie and Greg Gibson, Sevierville, Pam and Keith Scott; sister-in-law, Norma Mullins, Rutledge, several special friends and those who knew her loved her.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday, October 14, 2023, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes, Rev. Kevin Sexton officiating with music by Rev. Jerry Epperson and Family. Interment 2 p.m. Sunday, Cabbage Cemetery, Washburn. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home 1 p.m. Sunday to go with the procession. Pallbearers: Randal Graves, Billy Graves, Mark Roach, Jason Garrett, Gordon Beeler, Cody McCoy. Honorary Pallbearers: James Roach, Keith Scott, Greg Gibson, Gene Roach, Tim Williams. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
