Reuben C. Mason-age 79 of Powell went home to be with Jesus Monday, April 9, 2018 at Physicians Regional Medical Center. He was a faithful member of First Apostolic Church of Knoxville. Preceded in death by son, Matt Mason; step-son, Timothy Williams; parents, Reuben and Delia Mason; sisters, Elizabeth Huff and Ruby Price.

Survivors: Loving wife of 24 years, Carolyn Mason; children, Cindy, Greg, Jeff, Robbie, Becky, Missy and Timothy Mason; step-sons, Mark and Michael (Paula) Williams; brother, Barney Mason; sisters, Loretta Hill and Edith Isla. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law along with a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 6-7:30 P.M. Thursday, April 12, 2018 with funeral service 7:30 P.M. Thursday, First Apostolic Church of Knoxville, 5020 Pleasant Ridge Road, Knoxville, Bishop Billy McCool, Pastor Mark McCool officiating. Interment 12 Noon Friday, April 13, 2018, Skaggs Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet 11:15 A.M. Friday to go in the funeral procession. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
