Paul Anthony “Tony” Harrell-age 67 of Corryton passed away peacefully at his home while surrounded by his family, Friday, September 15, 2023. He was a member of Little Flat Creek Baptist Church. He was a retired employee of the City of Knoxville. Preceded in death by his father, Samuel Carson Harrell, Sr.; mother, Barbara Sue (Lee) Harrell; brother, Samuel Carson Harrell, Jr.

He is survived by wife of 48 ½ years, Joyce Brown Harrell; daughters, Tabitha Weaver and husband, Kenny of Knoxville, Amanda Blevins and husband Tony “B” of Corryton; granddaughters, Natalie and Riley Weaver, Quinlyn Blevins; sister, Brenda Bradley and husband, Wade of Solway; brother, Jeff Harell and wife, Becky of Corryton; sisters-in-law, Brenda Dyer and husband Mack of Blaine, Nancy Fox of Union County several nieces, nephews, cousins along with a host of friends.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of U.T. Hospice and special thanks to caregivers, Carol Wyrick and Joyce Sentell. In lieu of flowers donations are requested in Tony’s memory to the charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday, September 22, 2023, at Corryton Church with a Celebration of Life to follow at 7 PM, Chaplain Phillip Groos officiating. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
