Paul A. Mynatt

Paul Aldon Mynatt, age 90, happily reunited with his beautiful and beloved wife, Betty Jane Muncey Mynatt, in Heaven on February 24, 2021. They were happily married for 45 years and will now be together for all eternity praising Jesus their Savior and their Heavenly Father God. He was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church, Luttrell, TN. Preceded in death was the love of his life Betty; parents Charles and Sarah Jane Mynatt; sister Nellie Frasier; and brothers Elbert and Hubert Mynatt; son-in-law, Larry Baker. Paul, the Best Daddy in the whole wide world, is survived by seven children: Howard (Glenda) Mynatt; Christine (Lonnie) Parker; Wayne (Gail) Mynatt; June Jones; Carolyn Baker; Johnny (Marie) Mynatt and Kathy (Aaron) Texter; 15 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. The family wants to extend special thanks and gratitude to the University of Tennessee Hospital Hospice (especially Beth, Mary, and Chaplain Phil) and Dr. David Goldman and his nurse Melissa for the excellent and compassionate care they gave their Dad.
Due to COVID concerns, a call of convenience will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2021 Cooke-Campbell Mortuary. Family and friends will meet at Pleasant View Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Saturday for a 11 a.m. graveside service Reverend A.C. Cooper officiating.
