Mary Joyce Sampson – age 74 of Powell, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023 at her home. She was a retired employee of Tipton Builders. She was of the Baptist Faith and was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
Preceded in death by her husband, Claude Sampson; parents, Noah and Gladys Russell; brothers, Buddy Hurst and Robert Hurst.
Survived by her son, Joshua Sampson of Powell; daughters, Angie (Dustin) McKinney of Panama City Florida, Sandra Adams of Powell; grandchildren, Scott, Chris, Brittany, Taylor, Makayla and Riley; great-grandchildren, Brooke, Ava Kay, Jaxon, Cash and Colt; sisters, Brenda, Sissy, Gail and Kathy; brother, Noah; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
