Lonnie Wayne Cox-age 71 of Maynardville went home to be with Lord Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Parkwest Medical Center. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church, Maynardville and was a retired truck driver. Preceded in death by wife, Edna Lucille (Breeden) Cox; parents, Lonnie and Joyce (Sharp) Cox.

Survivors: daughters, Debra O’Neil; Wanda Crowe; Darlene Breeden; son, Chris McKinney; grandson, Jon Crowe and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sisters: Sherri Sexton, Libby Cox; brothers, Max Cox and Jeff Cox. Several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.

Graveside service and interment 2 P.M. Sunday, August 13, 2023, Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville with Rev. Earl Russell officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Sunday. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
