Leonard Weaver-age 62 of Luttrell, born October 15, 1958 passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Claiborne Medical Center. Member of Ailordale Baptist Church and attended New Pleasant Gap Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Silas and Nelma Jean (Chesney) Weaver.
Survived by wife of 40 years, Tessia Weaver; brothers, Everett (June) Weaver, Charlie Weaver, Harold (Angela) Weaver, Dayrrell (Kathy) Weaver, Daniel (Shirley) Weaver, Rusty (Cindy) Weaver; sisters, Eva Nelson, Charlotte (Bobby) Isgette, Barbara (Terry) Thomas. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Sunday with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. Sunday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Robert (Bob) Zavattieri, Rev. Gary Vandergriff officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Monday on Leonard’s property at 299 Bull Run Road, Luttrell. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 1 p.m. Monday to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Gordon Reynolds, David Staley, Scott Boggs, Dayrell Weaver, Jr., Chad Weaver, Tony Williams, Roger Williams, Jerry Ward; Honorary Pallbearers: Eddie Weaver and the host of people that Leonard considered his friends.
