Kenneth Eugene Hankins-age 81 of Luttrell passed away 11:41 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at North Knoxville Medical Center. He was a member of Blaine Chapel Baptist Church. Kenneth was a graduate of Horace Maynard High School Class of 1959, U. S. Army Veteran. Preceded in death by father, Claude Hankins; mother, Velma Hankins; sister, Helen Weaver; brother, Ricky Hankins; great-grandson, Abel Alexander Blair.

Survivors: wife, Janice Hankins; daughters, Sonya Blair and Jeana Johnson; granddaughter, Miranda Allen and husband, Robert Scott Allen; grandson, Tyler Blair; granddaughter, Chelsea Clevenger and husband, Joshua Clevenger; great-granddaughter, Alaina Allen; sisters, Vicki Elliott and Virgie Kitts; brothers, Bill Hankins, David Hankins; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2021 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Eddie Williams officiating with music by Rutledge Pike Baptist Church Singers. Military graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday, Dyer Cemetery, Luttrell presented by Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard.
