Kathleen “Kathy” Irene (Kasmer) Taylor, age 55, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019. She was of Christian Faith. Preceded in death by son William Mark Webb. Survived by sons Steven Webb and Kenneth Webb; grandchildren Allysan, Serenity, Kadence, Gabriel, Elijah, and Xavier.
