Katherine Ann (Anderson) Richardson – age 80 of Andersonville, passed away peacefully at home on December 1, 2017 surrounded by her children. She was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.

Katherine is preceded in death by husband, James “Jim” Richardson; parents, Horace and Lou Anderson; sisters, Mary Richardson, Roberta Ridenour, Judy Anderson and Carolyn Anderson; brothers, Jimmy and Richard Anderson. She is survived by daughters, Kathy (Buford) Barnard of Andersonville and Debbie (Calvin) Massengile of Corryton; son, David Richardson and special friend, Barbara Murphy of Andersonville; sister, Jewell Green; brother-in-law, Kyle Ridenour; eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and family. The family will receive friends, Sunday, December 3, 2017, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be Monday, December 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kyle Shell officiating. Interment to follow in New Loyston Memorial Gardens.
