Junior E. Wyrick-79 of Luttrell went to be with the Lord Monday, January 22, 2024. Junior loved his family and friends and enjoyed whittling. Preceded in death by his infant son, Wendell Wyrick; parents, Emerson and Bessie (Sands) Wyrick; sister, Elizabeth Wyrick; brothers, Sunny Wyrick, Billy Wyrick.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Bessie Wyrick; son, Doug Wyrick; sisters, Lily Atkins, Margie Brooks, Jessie Hensley; brothers, David Wyrick, Ray Wyrick; granddaughter, Kayla Munsey; great grandchildren, Sophia Munsey, Liam Munsey and a host nieces and nephews and other loving family members.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. J.D. Hensley officiating and music by Jessie Hensley. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2024, at Monroe Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery 10:45 a.m. Friday.
