Tommy Atkins-age 72 of Luttrell passed away suddenly Wednesday evening, June 30, 2021 at his home. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by parents, J. T. and Verdia Atkins.

Survivors: best friend and companion, Andra Atkins; daughters, Amanda (Michael) Coffman; Michelle Atkins; six grandchildren, Taylor, John Michael, Austin, Trinady, Cloie and Braden. Brother, David Atkins and wife, Vickie; sisters, Norma Fay Corum, Trish Bailey. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 with funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jerry Tharp officiating with music by Jennifer Atkins and New Friendship Singers. Interment 10 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2021, Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Michael Coffman, Tim Atkins, John Michael Coffman, Austin Coffman, Greg Wyrick, Braden Coffman. Family and friends will meet by 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home to go with the funeral procession. Arrangements Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
