Joseph M. “Joe” Buckner-age 44 of Luttrell passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at his home. He was a member of Warwick Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by father, James Buckner; sister, Melinda Leann Buckner.
Survivors: son, Coty Blake Evans; grandchildren, Braylon Michael Evans, Cash Montgomery Keith; mother, Martha Grose; sister, Samantha Buckner; nephews, Skyler Buckner-Neel, Corey Buckner. His ole lady and girlfriend, Michelle Cole; three children he raised, Ricky Cole, Amber Cole, Chris Brown; ten grandchildren he raised, Haley Graham, Sammy Cole, Elijah Graham, Xavier Brown, Jaxxon Brown, Kyleigh Cole, Khloe Cole, Kami Cole, Angel Cole and Addie Cole.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2021 with funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Ray Headrick officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021, Dyer Cemetery, Luttrell. Family and friends will meet by 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Ricky Cole, Chris Brown, Coty Evans, Corey Coffey, Dustin Taylor, Brandon Hickman, Corey Buckner. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made at the funeral home for expenses. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
