Jeffrey Jackson Bailey-age 40 of Maynardville passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Fort Sander’s Regional Medical Center. He was a graduate of Union County High School, Class of 2001. Preceded in death by wife, Tabitha (Dunbar) Bailey; grandparents, Lee and Margaret Bailey; Willard Selvey, uncle, Billy Joe Bailey.

Survivors: two daughters, Kya Ann-Louise Bailey, Kylie Alexis Bailey; parents, Jeffrey and Sandra Bailey. Grandmother, Rhoda Selvey. Aunts and uncles, Mike and Norma Keck, Willard and Beth Selvey, Mike Bailey. Several cousins and other family members along with a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2023, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Richard Nicley officiating with music by Richard and Linda Nicley. Interment 12 Noon Wednesday, September 27, 2023, Big Barren Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Jeff Bailey, Mike Keck, Allen Bailey, Clint Bailey, Mark Tharp, Will Selvey. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 11 a.m. Wednesday to go with the procession.
