Jeffrey Glen Brown-age 55 of Maynardville went peacefully to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, December 3, 2024 at his home. He is a member of Pennington Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Glen and Donna Jean Brown; sister, Shelia Cheney and brother-in-law, Ricky Tharp; father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Dora Tharp.

Survivors: wife of 36 years, Patricia Diane Brown; son, Steven (Lakin) Brown; daughter, Rebecca Brown (Scottie). Special nephew, Austin Brown; his grandchildren, whom he adored, Titus Bledsoe, Baylin and Zion Brown and Kayla White. Brother, Bobby (Amanda) Brown; brother-in-law, Richie Chesney, Billy Tharp, Bobby (Candy) Tharp and Tammy (James) Wynn along with a host of friends and many cousins. The family would like to sincerely thank SunCrest Hospice, especially Nurse Donna for her wonderful love and care during our time of need.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 5, 2024 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Gabril Haynes and Rev. Richard Nicley officiating with music by Rev. Richard and Linda Nicley. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Haynes Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Roy Crawford, Daniel Crawford, Cliff Crawford, Randy Brown, Terry Muncey, Steven Brown. Honorary Pallbearers: Glen Johnson, Howard Brown and Jeff’s grandsons.
