Jason “Jay Bug” Payne, age 30 of Knoxville, Tennessee, Passed away at his home August 4, 2017. He is preceded in death by mother Linda Owns and several aunts and uncles. He is survived by father Archie Payne; brothers William (Debra) Maples, Scott (Amy) Payne, Lynn (Janet) Payne; sister Teresa Johnson and fiancé Stewart Edwards; Jason’s close friend, Tonya Burton; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a service to follow, Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating.
