James Eugene “Jimmy” Thomas – age 60 of Mascot, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 11, 2024. Jimmy loved to fish and work on anything mechanical. Preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Lowell Thomas Sr. and Carrie Caldwell Thomas; son, Andy Thomas; brothers, Lowell Thomas Jr., Ronnie Thomas; sister, Sherry Goins; first wife, Rhonda Thomas

Survived by his loving wife of over 6 years, Clara Michelle Thomas; daughters, Raelynn Anderson, Phoenix Thomas, Danielle Esslinger, Denise Brooks; son, J.B. Anderson; siblings, Ruth Hackworth, Terri Webb, Alfreda Haynes and husband Gabriel, Johnny Thomas, Danny Thomas and wife Mickey; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 4:00pm, Rev. Mark Large officiating. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville.
