Irena Margaret Singleton-age 58 of Maynardville went to go be with the Lord Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved her family very much. She didn’t have a mean bone or spirit in her body and knew how to make others laugh. Preceded in death by her father, Earl Borcherding; mother, Margaret Bedford; brother, Earl Borcherding, Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, John Singleton; children, Darian Singleton, Dimitri Singleton, Delaney Singleton; brother, John Borcherding; sister, Helen Hill; cousins, Georgia Daniels and Leighkaren Labay.

No services are planned at this time. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
