Helen June Johnson, age 80 of Union County went to her Heavenly home on October 30, 2021. She was a member of Ailor Dale Baptist Church also a faithful attendant of Oaks Chapel. Helen was a strong faithful woman and served alongside her spouse (Earl) in the ministry doing God’s work for more than 60 years. She loved everyone and always saw the best in everybody. She will be missed by so many. However, her legacy and compassion will continue to be shown through her children, Grand and Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Earl Ray Johnson. Helen leaves behind her daughters Linda Lawson (Freddy) and Teresa Kizer (Randall), and son Kevin Johnson (Margaret); Grandchildren Kristina Lawson Smith (Matt), Tabitha Lawson Carmen (Stephen), Joshua Campbell, KeAnna Campbell and Tyler Rucker and great Granddaughter, Miliana Espiritu and others who were like Grandchildren Brianna Reynolds, Mackenzie Young, Nathaniel Reynolds, and special family member Darrell Johnson.
The family will receive friends from 5-7, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel, Maynardville, Tn. The funeral service will follow with Reverend Gary Vandergriff and Kyle Shell. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday November 3, 2021,to go in procession to Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery for an 2:00 p.m. interment service. Trinity Funeral Home, LLC.
