Glen Nicely, Jr.-age 56 of Washburn, born August 10, 1965 passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Claiborne Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his dad, Glen Nicely. He was a truck driver with Carmeuse Mining, Luttrell. He was also a member of Elm Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors: mother, Jo Nicely; his wife of 27 years, Ann Nicely; sons, Mitchell and Daniel Nicely; daughter, Grace Nicely; sister, Joann Noland; brother, Kyle Nicely along with a host of other family members and friends. He was a devoted, loving and caring husband, father and friend. He will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Tony Williams officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Friday. October 22, 2021, Seymour Cemetery, Washburn. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Friday to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Mitchell Nicely, Daniel Nicely, Larry Bunch, Logan Graves, Chris Bailey, Josh Collins. Honorary Pallbearers: Eric Manning, Zach Graves.
