Fredda “Hippie” Lynn McHaffie – age 60 0f Maynardville, passed away March 4, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was of the Baptist faith. Fredda loved life and was a very caring and generous person that would give you the shirt off her back. She never met a stranger and once she set her mind to do something she did it.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Sanders; brother, Fred (Bubba) McHaffie, Jr.; and nephew, Randall Sands. Fredda is survived by daughter, Ashley McHaffie; grandchildren, Alexis Tannous, Logan McHaffie Beason; father, Fred McHaffie, Sr.; sisters, Debra McHaffie, Faye Sands and Donna (David) Beason; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 11, 2024 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service to follow with Reverend Jody Darden officiating.
