Frank Thomas, 80, of Maynardville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, peacefully at his home where he was lovingly cared for by his devoted granddaughter who was by his side, Millie Thomas,

A gifted photographer whose lens captured countless precious moments throughout his life, Mr. Thomas had an extraordinary ability to preserve memories for family, friends, and his community. His professional career spanned over four decades as a skilled baker, and he proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Kelly Thomas; brothers Richard and Floyd Thomas; parents Floyd and Theresa Thomas; and his grandparents.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Judy Thomas of Maynardville, TN; and his children: Tracie of Massachusetts; Millie Meyers and husband Brad of Kingston, PA; Don Thomas and wife Jackie of North Adams, MA; Leon Thomas of Kodak, TN; Robert Thomas and wife Ashleigh of North Adams, MA; and Theresa Welker and husband Jon of Maynardville, TN. He is also survived by his brother Jim Thomas of North Adams, MA; sister Jan of Virginia; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family will honor Mr. Thomas's life with a private gathering.
