Evie Rose Orrick passed peacefully in the arms of her parents on September 28, 2021 at 10:30 p.m. at Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She was born on March 23, 2021 at University of Tennessee Medical Center of Knoxville. Evie Rose was a “down right perfect” blessing who carried out the Lord’s work by touching so many lives and bringing people closer to Him. She also let her light shine by bringing our small community closer together. She is being greeted in Heaven by grandparents Michael and Faith Orrick, her great- grandparents Luther and Helen Cox, and J.C. and Brenda Lakins. Also, her namesake and great-grandmother Rose Eva Browning. Left behind to cherish her memory are parents; Josh and Alyssa, siblings; Taylor, Tanner, Teagan and Jett. Grandparents: Steve and Trisha Browning and Budro and Debbie Phipps. Uncles: Eric Browning, Aden Orrick, and Cole Robertson. Great- Grandparents: Troy Browning and Mamaw Kathy. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Our family would like to thank the NICU doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and staff at UTMC of Knoxville and Children’s Hospital of Vanderbilt.
