Ethan Chase Blevins – age 26 of Knoxville, born July 24, 1995. God called home a young life on Wednesday, July 27, 2021. He was a loving father to his 18-month-old son, Enzo Collin Blevins of Knoxville. His smile will be missed, but his memory will be held dear to us. We ask for your prayers in this time of sadness.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Ila Sue and Green Blevins. He leaves behind his son, Enzo Blevins; parents who love and will deeply miss him, Shawn and Lesley Blevins; sister, Briauna Blevins; also remembered by his grandparents, Ted and Joan Cook; aunts, Pam Karpick and Lora Wynn; cousins, Natasha Wolfenbarger and Aimmia Long; his son’s mother, Mattison Dormer, and her parents, Matt and Darleen Dormer; as well as a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, July 31, 2021, in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Adam Nicely officiating. The family will meet at 12:45 p.m., Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Trinity to go in procession to Ailor Dale Baptist Church Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service.
