Ella Bruner – age 89 of Maynardville, passed away peacefully Friday, July 26, 2024. She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. She loved her family and church family beyond measure. Ella loved quilting, birds, flowers, gardening and cooking. She adored her children and would do anything for her family. Ella loved to help her grandsons and family in their racing hobbies.

She is preceded in death by daughter, Donna Bruner; son, Lukus Bruner; sister, Kathy Bailey; and brother, Carson Clapp. Ella is survived by husband, Meril Bruner; son, Derek Bruner; grandchildren, Isiah Bruner, Ashley Bruner and Robert Jandura; brother, Jerry (Jackie) Clapp; and sister, Shirley Middleton.

The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 30, 2024 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Allen Price officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Trinity to proceed to Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m., graveside service. Serving as pallbearers, Marcus Bruner, Mathew Bruner, Michael Bruner, Isiah Bruner Derek Bruner and Robert Jandura.
