Elizabeth Michelle Hammonds – age 44 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Elizabeth loved to collect butterflies. She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Rouse.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Hammonds; brother, Sam Jones and wife Donna; sister, Linda Brooks and husband Brian; nephews, Bryson Jones, Brody Jones, Brian Brooks; niece, Savannah Brooks; brother-in-law, Freddie Hammonds; sister-in-law, Georgia Taylor; a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with the funeral service to follow at 6:00 PM, officiated by Ray Covington. The interment service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Pollard Cemetery, Kodak. Friends and family will meet at the cemetery at 10:45 AM on Thursday. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville.
