Dwayne Edward “Popcorn” Anderson – age 55 of Maynardville, passed away Saturday afternoon at the home of his brother in Morristown.
Preceded in death by his father, Danna Anderson; mother, Gladys June (Tapp) Anderson Buckner; sister, Debbie Inman; brother, Charles, Anderson.
Survived by his brothers, Roy Anderson and wife Debbie of Morristown, Jakey Mills and wife Jannie of Washburn; 2 adopted sisters, Sabrina Anderson Williams Boling of Rutledge, Tracy Hargus of Georgia; adopted brother, Stacy Anderson of Oklahoma; several nieces, nephews and cousins along with a host of friends.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, Rev. Greg Hurst officiating. The interment service will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Community Cemetery in Luttrell. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mikey Anderson, Greg Layman, Garrett Wells, Roy Anderson, Jakey Mills, Justin Collins. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville.
