Doyle Inklebarger

Doyle H. Inklebarger – age 78 of Corryton, went home to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 27, 2017. Doyle was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Doyle found joy in family, church, and hard work. He farmed in Tater Valley while building a career in inventory management and manufacturing. Starting at Standard Knitting Mills he learned the fundamentals of warehouse management and shipping. He leveraged this experience to earn an opportunity with Dempster Brothers, Inc. where he spent many years as a warehouse supervisor and fabrication manager. His success at Dempster Brothers allowed him the opportunity to leave farming behind, but he quickly filled his spare time coaching youth baseball. In 1986 he was relocated by Dempster Brothers to Taccoa, Georgia where he was elected a deacon at Sunnyside Baptist Church. Upon his retirement as a production planner in 1989, he returned to Corryton to focus fully on church and family. Since his return home, he continued to faithfully serve his family, community, and church completing his joyous tenure of service as a deacon of Bethel Baptist Church. Doyle passed along three strong values to the three generations of Inklebargers he leaves behind: Integrity in all things, devotion to family, and faith in the precious grace of God.

Doyle is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Bessie (Skeen) Inklebarger; brother, Edward Inklebarger; sister, Loreda Brabson; and great grandson, Peyton Phillips.
