Daniel Joseph Olaughlin-age 70 of Sharps Chapel, TN, formerly of Jarrottsville, Maryland passed away Monday, December 30, 2024 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 37, Baltimore, Maryland. He was a heavy equipment operator, running a crane, building bridges, sound barrier walls, and other projects. He also loved hunting and home improvements with his son. Preceded in death by his parents, Gerwood and Lillian (Hellman) Olaughlin; brother, Pat Olaughlin.

He is survived by his sons, Michael Ryan Olaughlin of Hebron, Maryland and Daniel Jason Olaughlin of Delaware; grandchildren, Michael Alexander Olaughlin and Kyle Ryan Smith.
