Christopher Jody Davidson – age 50 passed away peacefully at his home in Washburn on Monday, June 13, 2022. He accepted Christ at an early age at Johnson’s Chapel Church. Jody never met a stranger, and he left an impression on all who met him. He loved reading, traveling, fishing, camping, river life, and the beach.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Finley and Arkie (Stapleton) Davidson, and Floyd and Elmo (Ritter) Lakins. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Drafus and Phyllis Davidson; sons, Jacob (Alley), Grady, and Graham Davidson; sister, Kelly (Brad) Greene; niece, Finley Greene; nephews, Garrett Davidson, Tate and Ty Greene; his best friend, fishing partner and love of his life, Charity Hensley and her parents, James and Freda Dalton; plus a host of family and friends he thought of as family.

There will be a celebration of life held on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Home in Maynardville.
