Charles Edward Weaver – age 75 of Luttrell TN, born May 2nd, 1949, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at his home. He was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his ex-wife, Helen Weaver; parents, Jean and Silas Weaver; brother, Leonard Weaver.

He is survived by his children, Eddie (Loretta) Weaver, Roger (Tammy) Hankins; grandchildren, Lindsay, Jessica, Desaree; great grandchildren, Octavia, Oakley, Lennox, Christopher, Axel, Blake; brothers, Dayrell Weaver, Daniel Weaver, Harold Weaver, Everett Weaver, Clifford "Rusty" Weaver; sisters, Eva Nelson, Charlotte Isgett, Barbara Thomas and several nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends, along with all his friends from Kay’s Market.

The family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2024, with the funeral service to follow at 5 p.m. Sunday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jerry Epperson and Rev. James Whitson officiating with music by Wayne Cole and Union Church singers. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home for a 11 a.m. graveside service at Ailordale Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Glen Hankins, Chris Hickman, Jr Weaver, Michael Weaver, Jacob Weaver, Scott Boggs, Johnathon Hayes, Dyricke Munsey. Honorary Pallbearers: Shorty Bailey, Roger Hankins, Lee Hankins. In lieu of flowers donations for funeral expenses will be accepted at the funeral home. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
