Carol Sue Arthur, age 79, of Mannington, West Virginia, passed away July 7, 2017. Preceded in death by parents Junior and Genevieve Reesman; brothers John and Mike Reesman; sister Dolly Morgan. Survived by sons Steven Arthur and wife Tina and Leonard Arthur and fiancé Robin; grandchildren Steven E. Arthur, Jr., Sarah Boyce, Daniel Arthur, Elijah Arthur, Tabatha Arthur, and Laurel Stillman, four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet Thursday, July 13, 2017, 9:15a.m. at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery Gov. John Sevier Highway for 9:00a.m. graveside service.
