Carol Palmer MacDougall- age 80 of Maynardville born November 4, 1942, passed away Thursday morning, July 27, 2023, at Willow Ridge Center. She was a member of Miller’s Chapel United Methodist Church. A graduate of Horace Maynard High School, class of 1960. Carol was a 58-year member of The Order of The Eastern Star and a current member of Clinch Valley Chapter OES, Clinton, Tn. She served as Worthy Matron at Blazing Star Chapter and was a Grand Representative for Tennessee to Mississippi. Preceded in death by her parents, Warren E Palmer and Jean (Lay) Palmer.

Survived by husband of 45 years, Robert E. MacDougall, Maynardville; brother, Warren Mark Palmer, Maynardville. Several cousins and other family member along with a host of friends.
