Barbara Jean Beeler-86 of Maynardville went to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 20, 2024, at North Knox Medical Center. She was a member of Alder Springs Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of TVA. Preceded in death by husband, Vaughn H. Beeler; parents, John and Helen George; sister, Hila Lundy.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Beeler-Wrede and husband, Chris of Lake City; grandchildren, Olivia Wrede, Isla Wrede; brother, Don George and wife, Carlene of Morristown; special nieces, Gina Lundy and husband, David of Corryton, Karen Bean and husband, Jesse of Idaho; nephew, Roy Lynn Beeler and wife Cathy of Knoxville along with a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024, with the funeral service to follow at 6 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jimmy Davidson officiating and music by Stewart and Jennifer Wyrick. Interment 2 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2024, at Lett Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home 1 p.m. Friday to go with the procession. Pallbearers, David Lundy, Chris Wrede, Gina Lundy, Don George, Todd Jones.
