Arlene Bell Rose

Arlene Bell Rose-age 82 of Luttrell went home to be with Jesus, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was a member of Luttrell Church of God. Preceded in death by parents, Manie and Mamie Bell, five brothers and two sisters.

Survivors: husband, Johnnie Rose of Luttrell; son, Marion Rose and wife, Diane of Knoxville; daughters, Shelba Bell and husband, Lee Roy of Luttrell; Shelia Washam of Knoxville; five grandchildren: Rev. Jason Dyer, Joshua Dyer, Caleb Dyer, Trenton Washam, Kayla Rose; 16 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Jesse Bell and wife, Shelby of Georgia; Clyde Bell and wife, Betty of Indiana; sisters, Ermalee Gourley of Maryville; Geneva Philpot of Ohio. Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family would like to express their special thanks to Arlene’s caregivers, Brittany Scarbough and Beth Yadan and also to Avalon Hospice of Knoxville.

The family will receive friends 1-3 P.M. Saturday, April 21, 2018 with funeral service to follow at 3 P.M. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Mike McBee, Rev. Jason Dyer officiating with music by the Washam Family. Interment to follow at Baker Cemetery, Luttrell. Pallbearers: Rev. Jason Dyer, Joshua Dyer, Caleb Dyer, Trenton Washam, Devin Dyer, Jordon Dyer. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
