Andrew Joseph “Joe” Brummitt-age 50 of Tazewell, formerly of Maynardville passed away suddenly Sunday morning, August 20, 2017 at Claiborne Medical Center. He was a U. S. Army Veteran and a member of the Church of Christ. Preceded in death by parents, James William and Marjorie Brummitt; niece, Erin Edelen.

Survivors: special friend, Mary Edwards; children, Allison, Heather and A. J. Brummitt; brothers, Billy Brummitt and wife, Tiffany; Alan Brummitt and wife, Donna; Tim Brummitt; sisters, Susan and Don Williams, Betty and Chuck McPhetridge, Cathy and Mark Hoskins, Linda Houston. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Special buddys, Max and Molly.
