Alvin Eugene Kitts-age 77 of Luttrell passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at his home. He was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. He was employed for 37 years at Lay’s Packing Company and retired as an over-the-road truck driver. Anyone who knew him loved him. He was also known as Al or Slim to his friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Blondie Kitts; wife, Dottie Kitts; wife, Bessie Kitts.

Survived by his bonus children/caretakers, Angie and Glen Hankins, Tabatha Wyrick, bonus grandchildren, Samara and Skyler Hankins, Miracle and Tori Coffey, Jessica and Lindsay Weaver, Hunter Ellison. Step-children, Teresa Green, Thad, Todd and Tony Ellison. Special friends, Glen Hankins, Jerry, Bubby and Gabby Muncey. Also, all his buddies from Hardee’s and Booker’s in Maynardville.

Friends will be received 5-7 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2022 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel. Interment 11 a.m. Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery, Luttrell. Pallbearers, Glen Hankins, Bo Wyrick, Brandon Muncey, Eddie Weaver, Dayrrell Weaver, Jr., Robert Carroll.
