● ESG. Burchett backed a bill (H.J. Res. 30), that was recently passed in the House, to nullify the Biden admin rule to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into retirement investment decisions. This change would no longer allow retirement plan investment managers to make investment decisions based on political factors but instead make it solely on the financial benefits to the plan and participants.
