Turkey - Dressing bake
Here is another way to fix leftover turkey from that Thursday bird.
2 packages herb dressing mix
3 cups turkey or chicken broth
3 well beaten eggs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cups cooked turkey or chicken
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
Toss stuffing mix with turkey or chicken broth, beaten eggs and half of mushroom soup. Top with cooked turkey or chicken. Combine remaining undiluted soup with milk, pimiento and parsley. Pour over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 F. for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Makes 8 generous servings.
