Turk and noodles
Turkey has one big problem. There is often too much of it, whether it's the turkey breast or the whole bird. Thankfully, there are a number of ways to use leftover turk. I don't think noodles every saw anything they didn't like. They certainly like turkey. This recipe is a bit different.
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken pieces, not diced
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Combine first 5 ingredients. Blend well. Pour into glass baking dish. Combine melted butter and dry bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 F. until bubbly and lightly browned.
