Star Chicken Breasts

I name this recipe a star when I was cooking at the Hickory Star Restaurant on Norris Lake. I hope you like it. The sour cream gives it an especially rich flavor. There aren't many ingredients. I hope you like it.

1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup sour cream
Salt to taste
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup bread crumbs seasoned with a dash of seasoned salt

Combine garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and paprika for a marinade. Place chicken in large bowl. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover bowl. Chill overnight. When ready to bake, lightly wipe marinade from chicken pieces with a paper towel, but do not completely dry. Coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Pour melted butter in bottom of 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Lay in chicken pieces. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F. until lightly browned. Turn, bake until juices run clear. Discard marinade. Makes 4 servings.
