Rep. Dennis Powers announces Speaker Sexton to keynote Campbell Co. Lincoln-Reagan Dinner Aug. 20
(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) — Today, State Rep. Dennis Powers (R-Jacksboro) announced that House Speaker Cameron Sexton (R-Crossville) is the keynote speaker for this year’s Campbell County Lincoln-Reagan Dinner.
“I’m excited to welcome Speaker Sexton to Campbell County, and I’m grateful for his willingness to visit and share more about the important work we recently completed during the 2021 legislative session,” said Powers. “Speaker Sexton has done an incredible job leading the House, and we are thankful he can join us for what should be a great evening for our local Republican party."
The Campbell County Republican Party and the Campbell County Republican Women’s Club are the hosts for the dinner and live auction, which takes place at the Ball Farm Event Center on Friday, Aug. 20. In addition to Speaker Sexton and Chairman Powers, special guests also include Congressman Chuck Fleischmann and State Sen. Ken Yager (R-Kingston).

Dennis Powers is Chairman of the Banking and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee. He is also a member of the House Commerce, House Insurance, and House Transportation Committees. Powers resides in Jacksboro and represents Tennessee House District 36, which includes Campbell and portions of Union and Anderson Counties.
