Quick and easy Peanut Butter Pie

I like peanut butter pie, but, hey, there is nary a pie I don't like. This one is easy to stir together. Hope you like it.
Quick and easy Peanut Butter Pie
1 pkg. cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
8-ounce carton Cool Whip
9-inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
Prepare butterscotch pudding as directed on package. When thick, add peanut butter. Blend well. Cool.
Add 1 cup Cool Whip to cooled pudding mixture. Lightly fold in. Pour into baked pie shell or graham cracker crust. Cover with inverted plate. Chill one hour. Remove plate. Spread with remaining Cool Whip around outside edge. Cool and serve.
