Pork Sausage Patties

I like pork sausage as you can tell by the number of recipes I have that include it. Just making patties and frying them can make a rock-like nugget if you get them too brown.
This recipe is nice and tender. The extra time it takes to mix it up is worth it. I like to get my hands in there to do that. I understand that not everyone is inclined. Mix them any way you want. They will be delicious.

PORK SAUSAGE PATTIES
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons plain flour
Dash of pepper
1 lb roll bulk pork sausage

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the sausage. Crumble sausage over mixture and mix well. Shape into 6 patties. In large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Makes 6 patties.
