Macaroni shrimp salad
Here is an economical shrimp salad to make. Use as much shrimp as you like. If you have a can of shrimp in your pantry and some eggs in the fridge, you are all set. Use elbow, shells or amy other macaroni shape you like.
MACARONI-SHRIMP SALAD
2 cups macaroni
1 cup minced celery
1 can shrimp
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup diced pimiento
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Cook macaroni according to directions. Add celery, shrimp, eggs, pimiento, salt and paprika. Mix together mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Add to macaroni mixture. Lightly toss to combine. Chill until serving time. (113 words)
